About

Welcome to My Practice

I am a licensed psychologist at Dana-Farber and Boston Children’s Hospital and an Instructor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School. In my small private practice, I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents. I provide a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to treat a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, and medical coping with chronic illness. I use my clinical expertise and extensive training in scientific evidence-based therapies to partner with patients towards a treatment plan customized to their needs and goals. My approach is strength-based, patient-centered, and culturally responsive to provide meaningful psychological diagnostic assessment and treatment.
